2. No Professional Advice; No Engagement by Browsing
Content on the Site — including articles, insights, and general commentary — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice specific to your circumstances, and does not create a consultant-client relationship of any kind. Submitting a contact form, downloading content, or otherwise interacting with the Site does not create an engagement with us. Any consulting advice we provide is delivered only under a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work (or engagement letter), not through the Site.

You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it, or use it to train a machine learning or artificial intelligence model, without our prior written permission.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
